RESOLUTION NO.21-82
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER RE-USE AGREEMENT FOR
LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION
WHEREAS, on July 26, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-94 approving
Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS,the approval required the execution of a Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between
the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Stormwater Re-Use Agreement between Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes, LLC
and the City of Lino Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement
on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of July, 2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, Ruhland, Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty
