RESOLUTION NO.21-134
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT
CRJ/CSAH 49 (HODGSON ROAD)TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Northdale
Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of$1,233,340.71, on November 8, 2021 ; and
WHEREAS,WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction
services for the CRJ/CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) Trunk Utility Improvements in the amount of
$68,265.00; and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with
the construction oversight and administration,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name
of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of CRJ/CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) Trunk
Utility Improvements.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8ffi day of November, 2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Cavegn, Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty
