RESOLUTION NO. 21-135
RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT EARLY SITE WORK/
GRADING ONLY FOR BELLAND FARMS
WHEREAS, on November 8, 2021, the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-115 approving
the Preliminary Plat for Belland Farms; and
WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement Early Site Work/Grading Only between Rehbein
Properties and the City of Lino Lakes for Belland Farms and authorizes the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of November, 2021.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof. Cavegn, Stoesz, Lyden, Rafferty
The following voted against same: None (Absent-Ruhland)
