RESOLUTION NO.22-32
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WATER TREATMENT PILOT STUDY
WHEREAS,the City Council is evaluating the construction of a Water Treatment Plant to
reduce manganese, iron, and ammonia from the City's well water,and
WHEREAS,on June 14,2021 the City Council authorized a Water Treatment Pilot Study, and
WHEREAS,WSB and Associates,the City Engineer,has completed the Water Treatment Pilot
Study and is on file at the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
the Water Treatment Pilot Study is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of March, 2022.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken
thereon,the following voted in favor thereof. Ruhland,Lyden, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty
