PLANNING & ZONING BOARD WORK SESSION MINUTES
I. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Zoning Ordinance Update – Zoning Map Changes, Landform
Ms. Kendra Lindahl, Landform, presented the staff report. She requested feedback
from the Planning and Zoning Board regarding the proposed new zoning map.
The Board discussed the minimum lot size change from 10 acres to 20 acres within
the urban transition district. They recommended allowing cluster development in the
urban transition district. Ms. Lindahl said she would return to the Board with a
suitable recommendation. The Planning and Zoning Board also recommended
changing the name of the urban transition district.
II. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
