Environmental Board Meeting
June 24, 2013
5:30 p.m.
(Meeting On Site at Foxborough)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Ms. O’Dea called the Lino Lakes Environmental Board meeting to order at 5:34pm at
the Foxborough Development
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 29, 2013
Minutes were tabled until next month’s meeting.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
ADD:
A. Blue Heron Days
Agenda was approved.
4. OPEN MIKE
Open and closed – no one present.
5. ACTION ITEMS
A. Review/Comments and Approval of the 2013 Foxborough Management Plan
Jason Husveth the ecologist meet the group on site and discussed the concerns and the
some of the solutions for the area. Continued management and removal of buckthorn,
reed carney grass, etc., needs to be consistent with treatment to get good results.

STAFF PRESENT : Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson
Mr. Heiskary motioned to approve the recommendations of the work plan. Seconded
by Ms. Andrzejewski and Ms. DeHaven
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Blue Heron Days
Next meeting discuss Blue Heron parade participation.
7. ADJOURN
It was noted that the next meeting of the Environmental Board will be on
Wednesday, July 31 at 6:30pm.
Mr. Heiskary made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:37pm. Ms. Andrzejewski
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
