The March 20 meoting of the Lino LakosT 2 was called to order by Chairman Rehbein.
Minutes of rreviousmeeting were read and aproved. Members present were: Rehbein,. •
Stanley, Kollinz, Cardinal, 00N, :ryant, Klee l.
Hubert Hamer az;)earod resardinE] his land next to thekiway 3 Park. He wondered f
the villae planned to put a road a1on2 the side of the park which adoins his Propertly.•
He felt this would benefit both tke )ark and 1-lic land and said he would be willinc
to build the road if the vilia2c would :iv o fO'ft from their line, he would fLive f)3 It
from his property.
In discssion the follow: points were brought out: this is tho proper way to
divide tho land in cuestion and eventually a road would 2o in there; one menber
expressed concern about 2ivi-lvf. u2 land the park. Mr. Hammer's land has 42.6
ft. adjoini2 to pr: and would be divided into 10 lots. G. Rehbei-a recommended
he now talk to 1:".rk. :oard and return with their ideas on providing a •road at this
location.
Mr. Roalla• and wife appeared re2ardin0 the proposed sale of 1 acre o their landnear

showed alar2e parcel divided into loton. over 2 1/2 acres eaYL. with a narrow strip

After discussion it wao deterained thot thelariae division cozlies wit t'Lle vi1ia2e
code and couldn't be ro:ectod. It w.asnoted however., that tlo ortll part the La-youji
