Subj : Meeting on January 19di, 1989
The next Charter Com-Lission meeting is scheduled for Thursday January 19th,
1989 at 7:00 P.M. in the Lino Lakes City Hall.
We will review the 9-20-88 draft of changes to Section 8 as the first itan
on the agenda. We need to come to some agreement and/or conclusion on this
section. It is an important section to the Charter. During the last meeting
some members expressed the view that more than a quorum. of the Carirai.ssion
should be present to act on these changes.
Please review the documents prior to the meeting and be prepared to make
some decisions. I hope to see all of you at -the meeting.
