Meeting called to order at 7 :03PM.
Members Present: Chairman Jerry Hanson, Eugene Blomquist, Jean Goldade
Bernice Juleen, Sally Kuether, Ron Mikolai, Kay Murphy, Curtis Pelarski
Al Ross, Warren Schlichting.
City Representatives: H. Bisel, Councilman
A. Neal, Councilman
R. Schumacher, City Administrator
Members Absent: Kim Olson (Excused)
Debra Smith (Excused)
Paul Howard (Excused)

Motion by Al Ross to accept minutes of October 2.0, 1988 meeting as
presented. Second by Sally Kuether. Carried.
Discussion was held on the D.J.K.• Draft' 3-17-88. One'"of three tabled
items from the last meeting. This draft contains repeal of Charter .
Sections 8.02 thru 8.06 with City Bond Counsel, David Kennedy' s sub-
mitted wording- as a replacement for each Section. .
Motion by Curtis Pelarski to change Secion 8.03, Subdivision 1 , Line 1
to read 30 days. Second by Warren Schlichting.
4 Aye. 5 Opposed. Motion failed. ;
Moti-on by Al Ross to change Section 8 .03 , Subdivision 1 , Line 1 to
read 45 days. - Second by Jean Goldade.
8 Aye. . 1 Opposed. Carried.
Motion by Curtis Pelarski to accept Subdivision 2 as read. No Second.
Motion failed.
Member Curtis Pelarski excused from the meeting at 8PM..
Motion by ,A1 Ross to include "Such as,.County::Assessors `records" in
Section 8 .03 , Subdivision 5, Line 4 . Second-by .Eugene ,Blomquist .
Carried:
Member Sally �Kuether excused from -the /;meeting at 8: 15PM.

Quorum .in tact with eight members remaining .
Motion by Warren Schlichting to table the D.J .K.. Draft and vote
at the next meeting . Second by Ron Mikolai .
2 Aye . 5 Opposed . Motion failed .
Chairman Hanson instructed the secretary to retype the D.K . J . Draft
with changes . (Copy attached ) Mail to members to read that they
may be. ready to vote at next meeting .
Next meeting, Thursday, January 12 , 1989 , 7PM.
First order of business will be J . H. 9-20-88 Draft .
Motion by Kay Murphy to adjourn. Second by Bernice Juleen . Carried .
Adjournment at 9 : 10PM.
