11 The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by EDA President Ruhland

13 CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 24, 2022

15 Economic Development Authority(EDA) Member Stoesz moved to approve the minutes
16 of January 22, 2022 as presented. EDA Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion
17 carried on a voice vote.

19 DISCUSSION ITEM

21 President Ruhland read a statement explaining the need to close the meeting, as allowed
22 under law, in order to discuss an offer and counter offer for the sale of certain property
23 (Lots 1-3, Block 2 and Outlots B & C, The Village No. 4).

25 EDA Member Cavegn moved to close the meeting. EDA Member Lyden seconded the
26 motion. Motion carried on a voice vote.

28 Upon completion of discussion of the above matter, a motion was taken to open the
29 meeting. The motion was approved on a voice vote.

31 The meeting was recorded and the recording will be maintained in the Office of the City
32 Clerk as required.

34 The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
