13 1. Review Regular Agenda

15 Item 4A—Consider Appointment of Police Sergeant—Public Safety Director
16 explained that there is a vacancy in the department for a police sergeant and the process to
17 fill that position brings forwards a recommendation to promote Officer Dan Thill to the
18 open position.

20 Item 6A—Consider Approval of Payment No. 2 and Final Payment for the 2021
21 Water Service Condition Review—City Engineer Hankee explained that staff is
22 requesting authorization to make final payments for the water project that includes
23 replacement of certain infrastructure so as to identify future needs including for the
24 upcoming street rehabilitation project.

26 Item 6B—Lake Amelia Woods,Approve Final Plat and Development Agreement—
27 Community Development Director Grochala explained that the Lake Amelia Woods
28 project preliminary plat was previously approved by the council. The project involves
29 developments of homes on four residential 10 acre lots.
