RESOLUTION NO. 22-86
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WATER TOWER NO. 2 REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 22-24 of the Council adopted on February 14, 2022,
awarding the contract for the Water Tower No. 2 Rehabilitation Project to Classic Protective
Coatings, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of schedule changes are quantified within Change Order No.2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota
that Change Order No. 2 is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of August 2022.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon a vote being taken thereon,
the followin voted in favor thereof: Lyden, Stoesz,Cavegn, Rafferty
The following voted against same: None (Absent- Ruhland)
