RESOLUTION NO. 22-130
APPROVING BELLAND FARMS SECOND ADDITION
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS,the City Council approved the final plat for Belland Farms Second Addition with
Resolution No. 22-129 on October 24, 2022; and
WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes
hereby approves the Development Agreement between Rehbein Properties and the City of Lino
Lakes for Belland Farms Second Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
such agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of October, 2022.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Councilmember
Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon a vote being take
thereon, the following voted in favor thereon: Lyden, Ruhland, Stoesz, Cavegn, Rafferty
