I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL:
Mayor Rafferty called the Lino Lakes Joint City Council &Planning and Zoning Board
meeting to order at 6:04 p.m. on October 19, 2022.
II. ACTION ITEMS
A. Gateway Design Charrette with WSB and Associates
Mr. Grochala explained the=purpose of the Gateway Design plan and introduced Candace
Amberg and Jordan Gedrose of WSB and Associates.
Ms. Amberg identified the area's under review and provided and overview of the planning
process. She explained that WSB take the input from the group and developer a set design
guide forelemeuts for use at each of the identified gateway locations.
Ms.Amberg then-led the group thrQgh a goals and vision discussion and reviewed possible
treatment levels at each location. She identified three design levels with level one the most
decorative.
The group discussed treatment options and design levels for each location. Ms. Amberg
compiled the information and discussed next steps.
She explained that WSB will develop a preliminary design for the locations and bring
those back for review by the group.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
