14 1. Review Regular Agenda of November 14,2022—

16 Item 1G-Third Quarter Financial Report—Finance Director Lynch reviewed key areas.

18 Item II—The Rookery Hiring of Part Time Staff—Administrator Cotton noted that part
19 time hiring will probably continue indefinitely based on the nature of the positions (i.e.
20 students returning to school).

22 Item 1J—Open Manager Position on Rice Creek Watershed District—Mayor
23 Rafferty asked about the status of Mr. Robinson's application. Staff anticipates
24 submitting his name which will be considered with names from other cities.

26 Item 2A—2023 Fee Schedule—Finance Director Lynch remarked that changes are noted
27 in the ordinance;there are not too many. She noted that water and sewer rate increases
28 are included based on the fee study.

30 Item 6A—Zoning Text Ordinance and Map Amendment—Community Development
31 Director Grochala noted that consultant staff will be present at the council meeting to
32 review the amendments.

34 Item 6B—Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project—City Engineer Hankee reviewed
35 work plans.

37 EDA Meeting—Community Development Director Grochala explained the process to
38 bring forward an amendment.
