Re: Gateway Design
Background
The City retained the services of WSB & Associates to develop signage and streetscape design
guidelines for key gateway areas of the City. The City Council and Board met in October of
2022 to discuss potential elements.
Based on that input the design team has developed potential sign and streetscape concepts for
consideration. Representatives from WSB and Associates will present the concepts for review,
discuss cost considerations, and solicit comments from the group. Input received will be used to
develop a Gateway Design Guideline document. The document will be used to develop the final
design of streetscape improvements planned for the Hodgson/CRJ intersection improvements.
