SPECIAL WORK SESSION
ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING
1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Sullivan called the Environmental Board meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. on March
29, 2023.
2. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Environmental Board Annual Work Plan & Ongoing Tasks List
Andy Nelson, Environmental Coordinator, gave the Board an update of the Annual Work
Plan and Ongoing Tasks List.
The Board accepted the changes to both lists to be presented to Council.
B. Earth Day Planning
Andy Nelson and Tori Philippi presented their staff report.
The Board suggested adding some interactive activities, adding the Tree City sign to the
Earth Day table, and add an informational sheet about what happens after people recycle.
The Board accepted the items that are on the table along with their suggestions.
3. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 7:42 p.m.
