RESOLUTION NO. 23-39
APPROVING A SOLICITOR LICENSE FOR LEGACY RESTORATION
WHEREAS, a representative for Legacy Restoration, has submitted a solicitor's license
application to the City Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, Legacy Restoration has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the
Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and
WHEREAS,the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check on
the company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves
the request of Legacy Restoration, to travel throughout Lino Lakes offering exterior restoration
sales and services for a period of six-months commencing May 9, 2023th through November 9th,
2023.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of May, 2023.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member
