Assuming a typical Park Board February 1, 2023 page. 4 FINAL MINUTES playground installation of $70,000 for equipment, and $25,000 for play container edging and engineered wood fiber (similar to the Woods Edge Park Project in 2022) for Brandywood Park and Birchwood Acres Park, that leaves a remaining balance of $80,990 for the Lino Park shelter. This won’t be enough to cover the shelter, installation, footings, and concrete floor. Therefore, the staff suggests postponing the Lino Park shelter project until 2024. Mr. DeGardner suggests replacing the park equipment at Brandywood Park and Birchwood Acres Park and repurposing the skate park pad at City Hall with two pickleball courts.
