RESOLUTION NO. 23-65
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 6th ADDITION DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on July 24, 2023 the City Council passed Resolution No. 23-64 approving
Watermark 6th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution
of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement between US
Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for Watermark 6th Addition and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July 2023.
