RESOLUTION NO. 23-66
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERMARK 6TH ADDITION
OPEN SPACE EASEMENT
WHEREAS, on December 10, 2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving
the Watermark Master Development Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space
Easement; and
WHEREAS,this Open Space Easement covers the following outlot:
• Outlot B, Watermark 6th Addition; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Open Space Easement between US Home, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this l 0th day of July 2023.
