RESOLUTION NO. 23-75
APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL ADVISOR
WHEREAS, annually a municipal advisor is appointed by the City Council to assist in the
undertaking of debt financing, and
WHEREAS,those relationships should be reviewed periodically; and
WHEREAS,prior to contract renewal with the current municipal advisor a competitive process
was conducted which included request for proposals and firm interviews, and
WHEREAS, it was determined Ehlers was the leading candidate in the services, team, and value
to be provided to the city, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes the
appointment of Ehlers as the City's Municipal Advisor, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Finance Director is directed to execute the contract with
Ehlers for Municipal Advisory Services.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July 2023.
