RESOLUTION NO. 23-76
Accepting Ownership of Elevated Platform Located in Tower 1
WHEREAS, Sprint/T-Mobile currently leases space within Water Tower 1; and,
WHEREAS, Sprint/T-Mobile previously constructed an elevated platform within Water
Tower 1 to provide space for storage of cellular equipment and supplies; and,
WHEREAS, Sprint/T-Mobile no longer has a need for the elevated platform and has
offered to donate the platform to the City of Lino Lakes to allow the City and other lessees
continued use of the platform.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes:
Accepts the donation of the elevated platform located in Tower 1, located at 7470 4th Avenue,
from T-Mobile/Sprint.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August 2023.
