RESOLUTION NO. 23-82
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT
LAKE DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Geislinger& Sons
in the amount of$315,650.01, on August 14,2023; and
WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction
services for the Lake Drive Trunk Watermain Improvements Project in the amount of$31,450.00;
and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to proceed
with the construction oversight and administration,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name
of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of Lake Drive Trunk Watermain
Improvements Project.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of August, 2023.
