RESOLUTION NO. 23-84
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2022 STREET
REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS,pursuant to resolution 22-20 of the Council adopted February 14th, 2022, awarding
the contract for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project to T.A. Schifsky& Sons, Inc. in the amount
of$1,213,104.39; and
WHEREAS,the project has been completed and a complete summary of costs are detailed in
Payment No. 4 (Final);
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment
Request No. 4 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of$1,154,257.69.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of August, 2023.
