RESOLUTION NO. 23-91
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PHEASANT RUN RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 23-22 of the Council adopted on April 10, 2023,
awarding the contract for the Pheasant Run Reconstruction Project to A-1 Excavating LLC; and,
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota that Change Order No. 2 is approved in the amount of$58,440.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of September, 2023.
