RESOLUTION NO. 23-98
SETTING THE DATE AND TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2024 BUDGET
AND 2023 TAX LEVY, COLLECTIBLE IN 2024
WHEREAS, state statute requires the City of Lino Lakes to hold a regularly scheduled
meeting at which the budget and levy will be discussed; and,
WHEREAS, the public is allowed to speak at the meeting; and,
WHEREAS, the final budget and tax levy will be adopted following the public hearing.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
public hearing for the 2024 budget and tax levy is hereby set for Monday, December 11, 2023
at 6:30pm during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of September, 2023.
