RESOLUTION NO , 23 - 110
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR ASH TREE
REMOVALS
WHEREAS , pursuant to a request for quotes for 48 ash tree removals to take place in
the fall of 2023 to spring of 2024 , quotes were received and tabulated :

WHEREAS , it appears that Carr ' s Tree Service , Inc . is the lowest responsible bidder ; and
WHEREAS , the funding for the project is from the General Fund Forestry and
Environmental Budgets ; and
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes , Minnesota that that
the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Carr ' s Tree Service , Inc . for ash tree removals in the amount of $ 15 , 495 . 00 .
