RESOLUTION NO. 23-116
ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT,
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT OUTLET PROJECTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the Stormwater
Management Outland Projects quotes were received, and tabulated:
CONTRACTOR TOTAL QUOTE
Winberg Companies LLC $44,424.54
Dimke Excavating Inc. $49,800.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Winberg Companies LLC of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, is the
lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the Street Reconstruction Bonds and the
Surfacewater Management Fund; and
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Winberg
Companies LLC for the construction of the Stormwater Management Outlet Projects in the
amount of$44,424.54;
