14 The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by President Pro Tem O’Donnell.

16 CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF JUNE 25, 2007

18 EDA Member Reinert moved to approve the June 25, 2007 minutes. EDA Member Bergeson
19 seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

21 CONSIDERATION OF ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS

23 Mary Divine, Economic Development Coordinator, noted each year the EDA is required to make
24 a number of appointments; the list was before the authority for consideration.

26 EDA Member Reinert moved to appoint EDA Member O’Donnell as President of the EDA for
27 2008. EDA Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

29 EDA Member Bergeson moved to appoint EDA Member Gallup as Vice President of the EDA
30 for 2008. EDA Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

32 EDA Member Bergeson moved to approved EDA member Reinert as Treasurer of the EDA for
33 2008. EDA Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

35 EDA Member Reinert moved to approve the remaining appointments as recommended by staff .
36 EDA Member Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

40 There being no further business, EDA Member Reinert moved to adjourn. EDA Member Gallup
41 seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
