RESOLUTION NO. 23-128
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2022 135E PIPE CROSSING
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on October 10, 2022, the City Council passed resolution 22-120, awarding the
contract for the 2022 135E Pipe Crossing Project to Minger Construction, Co. in the amount of
$512,927.80;
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final) where the final
Base Bid amount and Bid Alternate 2 for the 2022 135E Pipe Crossing Project was $510,244.05;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No.
4 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of$5,102.44 for the 2022 135E Pipe Crossing
Project.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 2023.
