RESOLUTION NO. 23-123
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL FOR THE 2023 STREET REHABILITATION
PROJECT
WHEREAS, on February 13, 2023, the City Council passed resolution 23-12, awarding the
contract for the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project to Bituminous Roadways, Inc. in the amount
of$1,006,598.55;
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 3 (Final) where the final
Base Bid amount and the Bid Alternate for the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Project was
$941,418.70;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No.
3 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of$47,070.94 for the 2023 Street
Rehabilitation Project.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of December, 2023.
