RESOLUTION NO. 24-03
APPROVING A SOLICITOR LICENSE FOR RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN
WHEREAS, Renewal by Anderson, located in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, has applied for
a solicitor license request a license to allow Trever Smrekar and Austin Kolden to solicit within
the City of Lino Lakes; and,
WHEREAS, Renewal by Andersen has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the
Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and,
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has conducted a background check
on both individuals who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the license
application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Renewal by Andersen to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period six
months, effective January 9, 2024—June 9, 2024.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of January, 2024.
