RESOLUTION NO. 24-04
AUTHORIZING APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR THE 2024/2025 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 23-89 the City Council approved the preparation of a
feasibility study for the 2024/2025 Street Reconstruction Project, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to obtain appraisal services to assist with
the feasibility study.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby
authorizes Hosch Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. to prepare a benefit evaluation for proposed
utility improvements.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of January, 2024.
