RESOLUTION NO. 24-41
RESOLUTION APPROVING JANSEN ADDITION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on April 22, 2024 the City Council passed Resolution No. 24-40 approving Jansen
Addition final plat; and
WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution of
a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes approves the
Development Agreement between Boulder Contracting, LLC and the City of Lino Lakes for
Jansen Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf
of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April 2024.
