license to allow Gary Jenson to solicitwithin the City of Lino Lakes; andI
WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 Of the Lino
Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and,
WHEREAS, the Lino La{<es Public Safety Department has conducted a background check
on the representative who will be working in Lino Lakes and no reason was found to deny the
license application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City COuncil Of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Ace Solid Waste to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6)
months, effective May 14, 2024 — November 14, 2024.
Adopted by the City Council Of the City of Lino Lakes this 13t" day of May, 2024.
