04-24 amending City Code Chapter 1007: Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 04-24 is lengthy and Minn. Statute 412.191 provides for a city
to publish a summary of an ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearlyinformsthe public of
the intent and effect of the ordinance; and
��'�EREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full
printed copy of the Ordinance is available at City Hall.
IV®W, THEREFE�RE, �E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
summary of Ordinance No. 04-24, attached hereto as Exhibit A, for publication according to State
Law and City Charter is approved.
