wl�EREAS, on April 22nd, 2024 the City Council accepted bids, ar�d awarded a
construction contract for the 2024 Rejuvenator Project; and
WHEREAS, it was determined that the low bidder's materials did not meet the project
specifications and on March 28, 2024 the City Council Rescinded Resolution fro. 24-37
accepting bids and awarding a construction contract for the 2024 Rejuvenator Project; and
WHEREAS, the project is within the 60 day bid holding period and the low bidder has
agreed to the revision; and
�.:��HEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to reject
all bids and authorize re -bidding of the 2024 Rejuvenator Project,
