easement on Lot 1, Blocl< 1, Bald Eagle Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the first reading on May 13, 2024, and the second
reading and final passage on May 28, 2024; and
`����HEREAS, Ordinance No. 06-24 is lengthy and (VrN statute 412.191 allows the city to
publish a summary of an ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the summary clearlyinformsthe
of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and
public
WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full
printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, �E IT FURTHER RESOLVE® by The City Council of The City of Lino
Lakes, Minnesota that the City Council approves the summary in Attachment A for publication
according to state law and the City Charter.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28t" day of May, 2024.

The City Council of Lino Lakes has determined to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility
easement dedicated over, under, and across Lot 1, Block 1, Bald Eagle Addition; and
A public hearing was held on May 13, 2024 before the City Counci[ in the City Hal! Council
Chambers after due published and posted notice had been given and a reasonable attempts
were made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested
were given an opportunity to be heard; and
This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according
to the Lino Lakes City Charter and upon recording of the Drainage and Utility Easement
Vacation.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on May 28, 2024.
