WHEREAS, quotes for the 2024 Rejuvenator Project were received as follows; and

WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company is the lowest responsible bidder; and
,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to
proceed with the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Allied Blacktop
Company in the amount of $136,000.00 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction
of the 2024 Rejuvenator Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12 th day of August, 2024.
