WHEREAS, quotes for the 2024 Woods Edge Streetscape Rejuvenation Project were
received as follows; and

H & H Contractors

Frontier Concrete
$63,400
WHEREAS, it appears that H & H Contractors is the lowest responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the city to
proceed with the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with H & H Contractors
in the amount of $33,154 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2024
Woods Edge Streetscape Rejuvenation Project according to the plans and specifications approved
by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12 th day of August, 2024.
