WHEREAS, on August 14, 2023 the City authorized the preparation of plans and
specifications for the proposed extension of Otter Lake Road from Main Street to its
intersection with Elmcrest/241h Avenue, and
WHEREAS, construction of the improvements will requirement the acquisition of right-
of-way and permanent and temporary easements, and
WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to assist the City with right-
of-way acquisition services including preparation of all required appraisals and exhibits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
professional services agreement with WSB for right of way acquisition services in the amount of
$71,600.00 is hereby approved and staff is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of September, 2024.
