STREET REHABILATATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to
proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation
Project as follows:
Mill and Overlay (approximately 1.25 miles)
• Coyote Trl and Ct
• Fawn Ln (south of Birch), Beaver Trl, and Muskrat Run
• E. Shadow Lake Ct, White Birch Ct, and Red Birch Ct
WHEREAS, Linden Ln, Red Hawk Trl, Orange St, Eva St, Olive St, and Maple St will be
included as a bid alternates for budget purposes; and
WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and
specifications for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2025 Street
Rehabilitation Project.
2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project for an amount not
to exceed $79,400.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of October, 2024.
