RESOLUTION NO. 24-146
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WSB FOR
PREPARATION OF TEST WELL 713 DESIGN AND ANALYSIS
WHEREAS, the City is proposing to construct a new municipal well to replace Well No. 2,
and
WHEREAS, the process requires the construction of a test well to evaluate potential
impacts on surrounding wells and the aquifer, and
WHEREAS, WSB, City Engineer, has provided a proposal to prepare the test well design
and complete the required analysis, in the amount of $16,100.
WHEREAS, funding for the project will come from the City's Area and Unit fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
Professional Services Agreement with WSB for Test Well 7B Design and Analysis is hereby
approved and staff is authorized to execute the proposal on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of November, 2024.
