RESOLUTION NO. 24-150
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO ACE SOLID WASTE
WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste, located in Ramsey, Minnesota, has applied for the renewal
of a solicitor license to allow Gary Jenson to solicit within the City of Lino Lakes; and,
WHEREAS, Ace Solid Waste has complied with all provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino
Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license and has not been the subject of any
complaints in the last six month; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby
approves the request of Ace Solid Waste to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6)
months, effective November 12, 2024 through May 12, 2024.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of November 2024.
