RESOLUTION NO. 24-149
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR LINO LAKES PUBLIC WORKS FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the City Council has identified the need to construct and new Public Works
Facilities to meet the current and future needs of the community; and
WHEREAS, construction of the new facility is identified in the City's Five Year Capital
Improvement Plan for construction in 2026; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed staff to seek Architectural and Engineering
services to prepare plans and specifications for the making of said improvements;
WHEREAS, the City has prepared a Request for Proposal for Architectural and Engineering
services which includes a project description, scope of work, and general instructions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that staff
is hereby authorized to advertise a Request for Proposals seeking Professional Architectural and
Engineering services for preparation of plans and specifications for the Public Works Facility.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of November 2024.
