MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Rafferty, Councilmembers Lyden, Stoesz, Cavegn, and Ruhland
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
Staff Attending: City Administrator Sarah Cotton, City Clerk Roberta Colotti, and Community
Development Director Michael Grochala.
1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 8:43 p.m.
2. Closed Meeting
Mayor Rafferty announced that the meeting would be closed in accordance with
Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c) (3), to discuss an offer for proposed
land purchase. The meeting was recorded as required.
3. Land Purchase
The City Council discussed the proposed terms for the purchase of the property at 7473
24th Avenue (Winter Property).
4. Adjournment
Mayor Rafferty adjourned the meeting at 9:07 p.m.
These minutes were approved at the regular Council Meeting on October 14, 2024.
