1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m.
2. Closed Session — Labor Negotiations
Mayor Rafferty reviewed that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §13D.03, the meeting has
been closed to discuss labor negotiations.
Motion to return to Open Session at 7:48 p.m.
