The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with GMH Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $1,197,031.00 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2025 Street Rehabilitation Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidder the Bid Bonds made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
