1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
EDA President Stoesz called the meeting to order at 8:45 PM.
All members were present.
2. CONSIDERATION OF JANUARY 22, 2024, MEETING MINUTES
Motion to approve the January 22, 2024 meeting minutes as presented.
3. ACTION ITEM
A. Closed Session
President Stoesz stated that the meeting would be closed to discuss an offer and
counteroffer for the Sale Property, Lots 1-3, Block 2 and Outlots B & C, The Village No. 4.
i. Motion to close the meeting to discuss an offer and counteroffer for the Sale
Property, Lots 1-3, Block 2 and Outlots B & C, The Village No. 4.
RESULT: CARRIED [UNANIMOUS]
